Over the past two decades, I've built my career at the intersection of strategy and execution. I started in management consulting, leading enterprise transformation and large-scale system integrations for Fortune 500 clients.

From there, I moved from advising organizations to leading them from the inside. I led product, program, and delivery functions at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey and Healthfirst, then built and led a shared services organization at Maximus. Today, I lead a multi-region enterprise transformation portfolio at Universal Destinations & Experiences, spanning North America and Japan.

Across these roles, one principle has remained consistent: successful transformation requires more than delivering initiatives. It requires aligning strategy, investment, people, and execution while building the operating capabilities and accountability needed to realize sustainable business value.

This perspective also informs my writing, where I explore enterprise transformation, strategy execution, operating models, governance, and the evolving role of digital technologies and AI in organizational performance.

Outside of work, I enjoy racquet sports, hiking, reading, creating custom artwork, and travel. I've explored 14 countries across four continents so far, with plenty more to go. All seven continents? I'm happy to leave Antarctica off the itinerary.

I'm also a longtime advocate for children who are deaf or hard of hearing, supporting families in navigating educational resources and advocating for equitable access to learning.

I stay engaged with the broader professional community through the Executive Council for Leading Change (ECLC) and the Project Management Institute (PMI), exchanging perspectives with fellow leaders and supporting the development of emerging professionals.
