Over the past two decades, I've built my career at the intersection of strategy and execution. I started in management consulting, leading enterprise transformation and large-scale system integrations for Fortune 500 clients.
From there, I moved from advising organizations to leading them from the inside. I led product, program, and delivery functions at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey and Healthfirst, then built and led a shared services organization at Maximus. Today, I lead a multi-region enterprise transformation portfolio at Universal Destinations & Experiences, spanning North America and Japan.
Across every role, the thread has stayed the same: turning ambitious strategy into operating reality — at scale, under real constraints, by building teams and the systems that hold them together.
Outside of work, I enjoy racquet sports, hiking, reading, and travel. I've explored 14 countries across 4 continents so far, with plenty more to go. All 7 continents? I'm happy to leave Antarctica off the itinerary.
I'm also a longtime advocate for children who are deaf or hard of hearing, and a member of the Executive Council for Leading Change, a global peer community for enterprise transformation leaders.
